Done and committed. See the picture below and tell me if you like it. If you compare it to the other tabs, you'll notice that this one is now the only one without bold captions. The captions of the frame cannot be made bold by using <b></b> (is there another way?). Should I insert frames in all other tabs to get a similar look?
IMHO the two sections were already clearly separate as all the captions of the second section start with "Snap to [...]".
Adding other visual marker to separate them will make the dialog feel more cluttered.
