[Inkscape-devel] Move to Launchpad

Hey All,

Please be patient while we are preparing to move to launchpad. I am adding in a number of our most active devs to the dev team to hopefully speed things up once things are ready to go. Please DO NOT act on anything until we send out a green light email (will most likely be sent by Ted).
