The main concern I have is that there are some basic developer questions that I feel need to be answered somewhere that is really easy for people to find. The following are examples of questions that have come up:
Excellent questions, and I fully agree that they should be prominent in the FAQ. So will you (or someone else who's qualified) please write them up?
Since you said you would do it if I explained how to do it, why don't you take a first stab at it.
