[Inkscape-devel] 0.48.5 release and wiki notes

I don't mean to be presumptuous, as I have not been involved in the development, but I began adding links and some content to the wiki for the next minor release: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Release_notes/0.48.5

Please advise if I stepped to far ahead or if modifications are needed.
