Hi,
So I'm not sure the process for submitting patches that aren't tied to a bug report, the Wiki ( http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Working_with_Bazaar#Working_with_pat...) didn't seem to mention where patches should be sent so I figured this might be the best place. Let me know if there's a better place to send these.
I've attached a minor fix that corrects a unittest failure under Windows due to path separator differences.
