Which menu are you talking about ?

Why, the same menu which lists the presets, of course. Just add a separator at the end and after it, the save and delete commands.

I am not a fan of 2 "exclusive" buttons, it just eats space for nothing. And I dont like the save icon being present really close from the standard menu either.

Sure, that's why I'm proposing to reuse the menu for that.
