[Inkscape-devel] lock icon in the selection mode

It seems counter-intuitive to click the lock icon and then when scaling from the dragbars to not have the aspect ratio locked as well as when entering numbers manually into the input field.

I think that once that lock icon is clicked, that it should turn red or something and then lock the handles on the selected objects to scale at the current aspect ratio.
