I pushed these changes to the main site (and did a chmod g+w). Now other people can get to the CVS snapshots (there didn't seem to be a link anywhere).

Do we really need a ChangeLog for the website? Since we don't produce releases of the website, and since we can get all the change info via `cvs log`, it could be seen as just extra paperwork. ;-)
