I'm halfway in my translation of the Tracing Pixel Art tutorial, and I didn't notice anything wrong (except a "don't->doesn't" mistake) so far.

@Masato, did you manage to generate the SVG tutorials recently? I'm currently stuck with wrong attribute values (mainly y="0INVALID" attributes in rectangle elements) that prevent the SVG from showing correctly. I've tried to use Inkscape 0.48.5 instead of 0.91, and switch between OpenJDK and Oracle Java, with no success unfortunately... I guess there's something wrong with my computer, but it would be great if you could confirm it works for you. Thanks!
