Lately, Sourceforge sometimes drops people's access. I'm not sure anyone downgraded molumen deliberately.

I do not mean any harm to the original author of this patch but it is my impression that, because the about screen was chosen after a vote, it cannot be changed by the opinion of just one man. I kind of destroy the value of the vote (I don't know if I am making my point clearer or not here...)
More importantly, aside from updating version numbers, we've been keeping the same about screen (as a matter of informal policy) for each entire 0.x series. I think we would need to discuss changing that policy first, if we want to start changing about screens for minor releases.
