[Inkscape-devel] Update on release process

There are still a few remaining Must-Fix items prior to going into the Hard Freeze, so we'll be giving it a bit more time. Hopefully by the end of the weekend we'll be ready.

Tomorrow morning, I will send out a proposal for how to conduct the Hard Freeze segment of the release process.
