I'm going to have a look at this when I get round to it.  I'm not expecting it to be very difficult to fix.  I've just been catching up with a lot of PortableApps.com work recently (mainly releases for Inkscape Portable, gVim Portable and Data Crow Portable) but am now finished with that rush.
