If user requests as expressed in the feature tracker have any relevance when setting priorities, probably SVG filters is the most duplicated request (unfortunately, the tracker does not allow precise stats for duplicates). I know this is not easy to implement, but Andy was the first listing "blue sky" features... :p
Well, for the purposes of the roadmap I think it'd be better to shoot for something a bit more broadly scoped than just a list of features. That's why I like the idea of shooting for SVG Tiny compliance; it's challenging, specific, easy to remember, and covers a range of features that fokls are interested in.
