I am trying to extend the preferences by an /i18n/language entry in<br>
order to switch the user-interface language by inkscape preference<br>
settings.<br>

But using the svn devel it does not load /save the user default<br>
preferences in the /home/user/.inkscape directory .!?<br>
<br>
When I delete the .inkscape directory I expect that inkscape recreate<br>
the whole structure from scratch. But this is not the case.<br>
The version 0.46 does so.<br>
<br>
Any thoughts ?<br>
