[Inkscape-devel] arrowhead color bug

Arrowheads that remain black regardless of line color remains a problem. There are various bug postings for this - some showing closed others showing open. All have been given a priority of 5. Yet this is a real usability issue.

I've tried to look at the code without success but it seems that the arrowhead takes the alignment from the line so it should also be able to take the color. Can someone have a go at this before .45 ?
