Is there a reason Inkscape doesn't show the keyboard shortcuts in the main menu on Linux ?

Keyboard shortcuts show up in the

* Inkscape menus on Windows

* Inkscape context menus on Linux

* GIMP main menu on Linux

... so i'm guessing its not a GTK issue ?
