Anyone can download the SVGs from that page and put them into your ~/.config/Inkscape/filters to make these filters callable from Extensions/Filters/Personal. Definitely all of them are "too much" to be included into Inkscape distribution, but we need to sort through them and pick the most useful examples, say 2-3 from each category.
I was planning to do this :)
