Three lines worth a critical look:
Agradecimientos: zert, softcatala, 2002-2003 Traducido por Jose Antonio Salgueiro <developer@...323...>. translators@...983...
(The "Traducido por " part should probably just be removed?)
I would remove the "Agradecimientos ...." line because that's a personal "thank you" to a company. It has nothing to do in a TRANSLATORS file.
In the spanish .po headers there's three previous translators other than me. These people were in the file that came from sodipodi and I picked up translation since Inkscape 0.36.
Also, some lines end with a dot and some don't.
