It is, just the file execution-env.cpp is not in POTFILES.in. Can you please add it? And maybe look for other missed files as well.
A little bit of irony, I was just mentioning to Bulia that he didn't add the .inx files to POTFILES.in and then I miss one. Sorry about that.
For everyone, all files with strings that need to be translated, they won't get picked up unless they're in POTFILES.in.
