I'm not really sure this is the best way it could be worded -- it's quite verbose...

Perhaps:

*Would you like to accept %1's invitation in a new document window?*

Accepting the invitation in your current window will discard unsaved changes.

[ accept in current ] [ decline ] [ new document ]
