recently noticed difference (0.47 <-> 0.47+devel r9290):
- Earlier versions of the node tool (tested with 0.46 and 0.47)
supported the keyboard shortcut 'Shift+D' to duplicate selected nodes
[1] - this no longer works in the new node tool. Was it a deliberate
decision to not support this operation or is there an alternative
shortcut I'm not aware of? Could it be added back?
