Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Rishi Kejriwal, currently a 2nd year student, studying Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Roorkee, and I would love to contribute to Inkscape for open source and also the upcoming GSoC, 2023. I am a full stack developer, and I am well versed with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, C++, Java, Git, PHP and MySQL, and I would like to use my existing knowledge and experience to contribute to your organization.

I would be grateful if you can share some points how to get started with contributing to Inkscape.
