[Inkscape-devel] Inkscape svn head unfrozen - return to regular development

With the 0.45 release branch now established, all developers may now return to regular unfrozen development on svn head. :-)

Changes for the 0.45 (like translations, bug fixes, tutorial updates, etc.) will need to be committed to both HEAD and the release branch.
