Im attaching a link to the french report that Pierre-Antoine MARC sent me few months ago.

If the tool needs to be documented in the release note it's a good start for translation (about this, maybe the English report already exists in your School? I'm asking this because the LPE's one was translated)

It's on the way in the inkscape-fr list (devs were french). Students
have finished their last school year, so only few people are still here
to document and debug.
