These are all professional uses. Design might not be the profession, but if it's for work, earning a living, then it's a part of ones profession.
Professional designer and professional use aren't the same.
I'd avoid everyday, but I don't find it offensive, just lacking in data ;-) professional designers might work every day too, we have no way of knowing. Steering clear of categorizing users specifically is always good: "Users of inkscape" is fine.
