Note: I just removed this requirement from configure, and got no errors in compiling, linking, or running.

giomm-2.4 is a dependency of new versions of gtkmm. I have GTK 2.14 and without this it doesn't compile. Normally I kept this in my version of configure.ac but this time I forgot to remove it before committing. I'll try to add some conditional code to include giomm-2.4 only if gtkmm requires it.
