I have checked the file. The problem cause was an absence of font engine in old UniConvertor versions.
We have refactored sK1 and UniConvertor code base and font engine now in common sk1libs package.
These changes will be in UniConvertor 1.1.5. So just waiting for the release.
Thank you for provided sample. It allows us improving some CGM filter related issues.

Subject: Re: [Inkscape-devel] CGM file import
Hi Willem!
I'm sK1 Project leader and consequently UniConvertor project maintainer.
Please send me directly attached CGM file. We will check this issue.
Now we are preparing UniConvertor 1.1.5 which is designed as a stand-alone
application for win32 platform and contains a lot of improvements since last version.
I hope we will fix this issue before release.

I have been trying to import a CGM file (file attached) into Inkscape (one of the listed file formats), but I get a python.exe error message saying: uniconverter failed, cannot load plugin module cgmloader.
What does this mean? How can it be corrected?
