Hi, I'm new to this but I was hoping that I could get some feedback
about this bug submission about the fixed toolbar making inkscape

have left a reply to it, and I hope that people will read what I've
added, because it is stopping me from being able to use inkscape. Could
someone please reply telling me whether it might be possible for anyone
to fix this or not? Or more importantly, whether this bug is one that
the developers consider important enough to warrant a fix or not. I
have made some suggestions as to how it might be fixable, however I am
not a real programmer, so they are just suggestions.
