[Inkscape-devel] Latest Version Not Compiling

Hello all, First of all, a very congrats to everyone for the new release. :). :D

My inkscape trunk (revno 11962) does not compile with the latest devlibs. I faced a similar problem 2 months ago, there was some problem with devlibs' recent upgradation that was causing the trouble.

I am working on Windows 7. Can someone please conform this behavior and perhaps fix it ?
