[Inkscape-devel] translation of HACKING and README

Hi,

We have a French translation for inkscape/HACKING and inkscape/README in the tracker: http://sf.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1190412&group_id=934...

I committed them as inkscape/HACKING.fr and inkscape/README.fr respectively. Please let me know if we should use some other filename or location instead.
