Are the new grids still being worked on? I noticed that, using the new XYgrid, if you set the "major grid line" option to anything other than 5, they will show up correctly as long as all grid lines are in view, but if you zoom out to a view in which only the major grid lines should show, they will revert to a value of one major line every 5 grid lines.
