I had that same problem and couldn't find any help on the web... Try the command
mkfiles.pl && mkdep.pl
on directory \src, and then compile normally. This worked fine for me... I take this opportunity to ask someone to fix this, I had a really hard time finding help about it (I had to ask on jabber), and I'm sure other people also did.

I found a post on the list ( http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=8689496) which seems to be the same problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it. Would anyone happen to know of a solution?
