All shapes substantially recognised.
It still seems to have some instability issues and support for curved edges still needs to be added.
I think the firth element got it correct. a multi pass is needed. On Wed, 19 Aug 2020 at 10:51, NASA Jeff <tallboy258@gmail.com> wrote:For a real-time feature I'd like to get the rounded shapes a bit better. The only real; issue left is an ellipse that isn't recognized as an ellipse.
I think the solution to that is to do a parse on the circles first without the looser segment normalization that's required for the squarer shapes. On Thu, 13 Aug 2020 at 19:05, NASA Jeff <tallboy258@gmail.com> wrote:and there's always this note from IBM:The new breakthrough algorithm allows scientists to better know how many of those errors there should be, and where they might arise, which could be included within future devices to allow them to better correct errors.
"This protocol opens myriad opportunities for novel diagnostic tools and practical applications," the researchers write in the new paper, pointing out that it could be used in a variety of ways to make quantum computers better at handling the noise they generate.
