Well... it's not quite ignoring. It's more saying "we aren't doing variable display unless you turn it on". And by default, most people don't quite miss that feature.
What does this man? Does it mean I can turn variable display on? If so how/where?
or does it mean I would not miss the feature if it was there????

In the meantime your 1.25 factor works but Bulias suggestion to change units to pt seems not to.
