[Inkscape-devel] Inkscape 0.41 Mandriva 2005LE?

Someone uploaded "Inkscape 0.41 Mandriva 2005LE" to our file tracker. What is it? Why 0.41 now? Even if it is needed, it should go into the 0.41 section. As it is, it replaces pre2 from the position of the default download, which is not good. Please fix ASAP.
