[Inkscape-devel] commit access to lib2geom?

Would it be possible to get commit access to lib2geom in github? I would like to commit a proposed fix for Bug 1545632. My username is alvinpenner. When I try to push a change I get the result:

remote: Permission to inkscape/lib2geom.git denied to alvinpenner. fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/inkscape/lib2geom.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403
