Corresponding to the new debug stuff, I uploaded a new win32 library bundle. This was to update gdb.exe from v5.0 to v6.3. The Gtk libraries really didn't need updating, but I did those anyway to save people from a possible download later. Here are the updated libs from the gtk.org site:
