I just notice an arkward installation bug on win32 using msi installer: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1399720
The bug leads Chrome and IE to not render svg properly anymore.
This is a packaging bug how to register the svg file extension on Windows. I repackaged and uploaded a "version 2" msi. inkscape-0.91pre3-x64-2.msi and inkscape-0.91pre3-2.msi on sf.net.
The fix is appended on the bugreport. I would like to wait for confirmation.
Then the fix should land in the pre4 and the final release.
