I have the dev libs and it doesn't work... I am going to try the main branch just to see if that's working.  Anyone know if anything's changed in the last week or so that could cause this problem? I don't think I've ever had to add python to my path or anything like that before...

Yes, you can get it from my SVN branch at

If you do a check-out on that, you should be able to compile - no
problems.
      
Was about to give this a try.  Quick question - since I don't have
python and don't want to bother with it for now, how can I get your
build to disable or something? Trying to run inkscape just gives me
the error that the dll can't be found (didn't happen to me before,
though I wasn't using the most up to date version).
