Should we, Inkscape guys and gals, include the echo-palette.gpl to the bundle (like we do with Ubuntu), or should we, CREATE guys, bundle it with CREATE resources package? :)
I might be good if CREATE had these bundled up, but I can see the usefulness for being in Inkscape's install.
Also, palette files are quite small... so duplication is not as much of a concern.
