Made the switch, and updated the wiki to reflect that (it now tells you to copy the file if you have an older version).

For reference, the old location was:
 ${mingw}/lib/gcc/mingw32/bin/libgomp-1.dll
The new location is:
 ${mingw_bin}/libgomp-1.dll
