90% of libnr was already removed. The only remaining things are: - NRRect and NRRectL, which are used rather pervasively in the SP tree. - NRPoint, which is used by livarot. - NRObject, which is something like a limited version of GObject and is used as the base class of the display tree.
Up to now removing NRRectL was unfeasible because 2Geom lacked an integer rectangle class, but I have recently added one. If everything goes well, I'm planning to remove NRObject as part of my GSoC project this year.
