For this part, I'm guessing one should be able to transfer preferences between computers regardless of OSes, and Inkscape version above .92? It's a little too much work to offer this to earlier version of Inkscape though, but I guess one can volunteer to try that, but people should really stick to the latest for the most part. I don't have any other questions.
