[Inkscape-devel] Remove Overlaps

I'd just like to propose that we change names from Remove Overlaps to Spacing. If you can give a negative value it's not removing overlaps. Additionally, a function called remove overlaps should be a non-configurable action (like unclump), it should do just what it says with no tweaking. Any thoughts?
