[Inkscape-devel] [UX] Defaultable LPE parameter improved

Hi Again. This mail is about the same.

I'm not too much sattisfy with the UX proposal from yesterday and I do a full redesign.

There is a special code not used yet that allow to show LPE and params inside a "inkscape-preferences" dialog. If anybody want to use it in the future I share the code here: https://inkscape.org/en/paste/10909/

The current UX is more simpler in code and in use. I attach screenshot. Please review strings.
