Ctrl-dragging nodes is still not working for me (Windows XP): I can freely move the node also when pressing ctrl but it snaps correctly if, for example, it finds a guide (but not always). And in some cases I see the snap indicator near the pointer but the node doesn't leave its initial position neither it snaps where expected when releasing the mouse button.
