In addition to setting up the 0.40 win32 build today, I also built the RELEASE_0_39_BRANCH with the existing libs and put them in the 'builds' dir on the server.

Thanks but it still includes the gtk-wimp. I cannot OK that because it is known to annoy people (me including) with endless warnings, see my earlier post. Please repackage without gtk-wimp (unless you know a solution to the warnings problem, of course).
