I attempted to make some win32 packages, but I'm unpracticed and I really don't know what is involved, so I punt. The pre2 package that is posted on sf.net currently includes whiteboard in the build. That's a bummer. Whoever does get around to making these builds, don't forget to change the version number in the build.xml file (it is still set to pre1 in the tarball).
