[Inkscape-devel] directory reorg

Hello all,

I started the directory reorganization by first creating all the folder outlined in Bryce's document in the WIKI. Please pay attention to if I break anything in the next day or so while I incrementally move our directory structure over to the proposed, and watch the Changelog for changes, as that will tell my tale.

Could someone pick up the task of the packaging reorganization, as I don't feel smart enough to do that one yet.
