On Win32: Still the 'edit-select-all' icon is not showing in the toolbar (but it is showing correctly in the edit menu)
Do I have to revert the icon change, again?

Did anybody try this on windows? I just did a clean build and I'm missing a *lot* of icons (well over half the toolbar icons are not loaded) plus I get this in the commandline:
(inkscape.exe:3232): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon 'edit-select-all'. The 'hicolor' theme was not found either, perhaps you need to install it. You can get a copy from: http://icon-theme.freedesktop.org/releases
